Throughout time, the Conference of American Armies has, as an international military organization, considered as its main goal the promotion of the integration among American Armies and it has attained achievements of great significance which can be translated into:

• Development of a permanent exchange of Defense-related information of common interest.
• Strengthening of integration and collaboration between American Armies through the propagation of military culture and national values.
• Fostering of unity and the strengthening of inter-American friendships that have increased mutual trust among the armies in the continent.

These achievements are what allow the Conference of American Armies to successfully confront those new scenarios of challenges facing our hemisphere; challenges characterized by a complexity derived from new worldly tendencies and focus.
