The Permanent Secretariat of the CEA (PESCAA) is the body of the Conference of American Armies which keeps a continuous working relationship with Members armies and Military Observer Organizations that integrate, through the Liaison Office of each Army or Military Organization.
The headquarters of this body is rotating and coincident with the military headquarters of the CAA, as detailed below:
