The CAA organization includes the following fundamental actors: President, General Secretary, PESCAA, Member Armies, Observer Armies, Observer Military Organizations, Special Observers, and their Liaison Officers, whose interaction is depicted in the following diagram:
The Cycle Host Army: Provides the President, General Secretary and PESCAA; and enlists the cooperation of the military attachés in its activities.
Member Armies, Observer Armies and Observer Military Organizations: act primarily through their liaison offices and official delegates that participate in the different conferences and work events.
