For each cycle, the Commanders in the previous Commanders Conference will establish a theme that acts as a focus for orienting the

process of analysis, debate and exchange of ideas that goes on in the different events of the organization.

The mandatory theme approved by the Commanders aims at deeply and flexibly discriminating which matters and topics of common interest are to be included in the input process of the organization during the cycle.
