Rio de Janeiro (RJ) – The Conference of American Armies (CAA) held, between the 18th and 22nd of September 2023, the Preparatory Meeting of the Conference of Commanders of the American Armies (CCAA), with the purpose of familiarizing the delegates and CAA liaison officers for the matters that will be dealt with at CCAA, scheduled to take place between the 6th and 10th of November this year with the participation of Member and Observer Army Commanders, as well as authorities from the observing military organizations.

In total, the CAA has 29 members, of which 21 members participated in the event and were able to maintain activities of permanent information  and experiences exchange on matters of common interest in Defense, in addition to improving integration and cooperation between the American Armies through the dissemination of military culture and national values.
